How to choose and reserve your advertising space

  1. Use the Front and Back buttons to view both sides of the mailer.
  2. Select a Full or Upper/Lower Half position directly on the card. Or you can also use the buttons below the card for an approved Double ad spot or reserve the Whole Bottom of the card for your ad.
  3. Enter the business name and service type that should appear publicly in the reserved space. The position will be held for 15 minutes while you finish selecting spaces and complete the reservation form.
  4. You may reserve multiple positions in one request, up to four full-cell equivalents. Your selections remain together in one reservation.
  5. Review “Your Reservation,” choose “Reserve Selected Positions,” complete the single form, and submit it before the 15-minute hold expires.
  6. After a successful submission, the space is reserved for you for 3 business days. A Richemorrow Group representative will contact you during that time to confirm the details and coordinate ad design or artwork submission.
  7. Once the artwork process begins, your reservation will be extended through final approval of your ad. After approval and completion, the finished advertisement can be placed on the interactive card.

Payment is not due until you have reviewed and approved your ad. Payment is then due within 3 days of receiving the invoice to guarantee placement before the mailing date.
